HRST – SugarCRM Based Recruitment Management Solution

Veon was chosen as the partner for developing SugarCRM based recruitment platform called Human Resource Scoring tool. The tool was designed by undergoing over 15 brainstorming sessions. The feedback arising out of the brainstorming session were categorized into high value, medium value and low / no value. Once the solution was conceptualized and business processes identified, the solution was detailed out into the following components.

(A) Customer Portal

The customer portal would enable external stakeholders like the candidates and recruiters to execute their function on top of SugarCRM. The transaction would be committed real time into the SugarCRM instance. SOAP based integration was used for real time bi-directional exchange of information.

(B) Customized SugarCRM Instance

Standard SugarCRM was not geared to support Projects, Candidates and Recruitment functionality. Thus SugarCRM was customized to meet the structure of recruitment management solution. Closed to 20 custom entities / modules were created to match the needs of the solution. For automation 8 workflows were developed. They were designed for both event-based and schedule-based alerting mechanism. The workflows helped in maximizing the utilization of candidates as well as alerting customers of prospective candidates matching their project requirements.

(C) Bootstrap based Reporting / Dashboard

Standard SugarCRM was not geared to support Projects, Candidates and Recruitment functionality. Thus SugarCRM was customized to meet the structure of recruitment management solution. Putting DGBS into the next league

HRST helped in generating the credibility and sincerity which is missing in the staffing industry. The tool helped in the following manners

I. Verified History – All the details mentioned in the profile were verified and up to date in the system along with availability dates. This helped recruiters login and find matching list of candidates.

II. Audio / Visuals – The solution also stored the audio-visuals of the candidates introducing themselves and talk about their area of expertise. This helped recruiters understand the suitability of candidates’ one level further than purely looking at resumes.

III. Social Media Integration – The solution helped the recruiters view the social media profiles of the candidates on popular social websites to get further inputs on their past and experience.

IV. Feedback & Constant updates – The recruiters had automated mails for collecting feedback on candidates who were working on their assignments. These helped the system record and update the score. The scores were captured on multiple dimensions and also on aggregate levels.

The tool was showcased in multiple events and seminars and has become a differentiating factor for the company. The organization has successfully leveraged the tool which has enabled them to grow faster in the last one year.
