Action Items in Real Estate
In real estate management some of the important elements are managing properties and listings, responding to inquiries, scheduling of showings and generating contracts. The information can be shown as action items within the dashboard. modules are properties, listing, inquiries, contracts etc. real estate agents can view the key information of these modules on the dashboards of SuiteCRM and make the progress accordingly. Some of the key actionable information displayed through dashlets and reports on dashboards are shown below.

Manage Real estate ListingsThis dashboard helps the real estate agents to view the new listings that have become available  in the market and assigned to the agents. The agents can view whether any of these match with the preference of any of the active prospects.

Agent ContractsThe solutions helps the agent focus on any pending actions that they might have in order to close the pending contracts. By prioritizing the same, the team can work at high productivity levels and win more deals.

Schedule a ShowingMore showings lead to more deals being closed. However, as the volume increases, to streamline this aspect, its important to have them marked in the calendar. This helps the agent work in an optimal manner and save effort and time.

Having these information on finger tips help the team to collaborate better and function efficiently by reaching out to a new lead in a faster manner and also by seamless exchange of information. For example, if a showing is scheduled for Jenna and for some reason she is unable to make it that day, she can request Sam to handle the same. Sam may accept the showing and save Jenna’s day.
